This unique series of late evening concerts complements the mediaeval stonewalled ambience of Espoo Cathedral with a versatile, high standard programme throughout the summer. Leading artists of vocal, organ, chamber and orchestral music provide memorable experiences on intimate summer evenings. Artistic Director Erkki Korhonen will plan a special programme for the national centenary year in 2017.

Leading chamber musicians will transfix the town of Kuhmo in Eastern Finland this July. A skilfully designed festival programme, inimitable concerts, beautiful surroundings and sunlit nights will open the senses to new and sublime delights.
Kangasniemi Music Festival will focus on song music, with concerts held in Kangasniemi and Jyväskylä. The programme will include courses for singers and musicians, together with the Kangasniemi singing competition. The Artistic Director of the festival is the distinguished conductor Mikko Franck.
Held at the beginning of June, this high standard chamber music event delights the public with leading Finnish and international musicians and the stars of the future appearing as soloists and in ensembles of all sizes. The music reaches every corner of the town, providing memorable experiences for listeners of all ages. Admission to about half of the concerts is free of charge.
This splendid event provides an opportunity for leading artists to enchant their audiences amidst the magnificent cultural landscapes and surroundings of Kimito Island. The festival programme will include both early and newer chamber music performances in fine churches and atmospheric manor house settings.
